ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine the effect of QRIS feature usage in e-wallet applications on perceived ease of use and customer satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach. Data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis and Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS software. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the t-test (bootstrapping) with criteria of T-statistics > 1.96 and P-value < 0.05. The results showed that the use of QRIS features had a positive effect on customer satisfaction with the simple regression equation Y = 7.219 + 0.827X. In addition, perceived ease of use had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a T-statistics value of 4.307 and a P-value of 0.000. The use of QRIS features also had a significant effect on perceived ease of use with a Tstatistics value of 20.622 and a P-value of 0.000. Furthermore, the use of QRIS features significantly affected customer satisfaction with a T-statistics value of 3.311 and a P-value of 0.001. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the use of QRIS features in e-wallet applications is able to improve perceived ease of use and customer satisfaction. The better the implementation of QRIS features, the higher the level of convenience and satisfaction experienced by customers in conducting digital transactions.
